Lawyers of movie producer, Ahmed Banda, popularly known as Bandex, have issued a notice to actor Kwadwo Nkansah to retract and apologise for an alleged defamatory statement he made.
According to the notice, Lil Win, as he is known, had granted interviews saying Bandex owes him an amount of money for some movies they shot together.
Bandex’s lawyers described the statement as false. According to them, Bandex had paid the actor through his manager who had confirmed payment.
The lawyers gave Lil Win seven days to apologise or face court action.
