Member of Parliament for Assin Central Kennedy Agyapong is angered by claims that he cannot build a cardiothoracic centre for the 37 Military Hospital.
Kennedy Agyapong has cut sod to build a Cardio Center for the 37 Military Hospital.
But speaking on Accra-based Metro TV, the Assin Central Member of Parliament expressed his anger at Dr. Serebour who is the head of the cardiothoracic department at Korle Bu Teaching hospital for saying that he cannot build the facility.
“Some Doctors are mapping ancient platitudes. Serebour sits there and says that I Kennedy Agyapong cannot build the 37 Cardiothoracic centre, I will build it for him to see. I like challenges like that. Serebour at Cardio. I will build this in style for him to see,” he said on Accra-based Metro TV.
He continued ” he sits there and says that the thing cost 30 million and so the guy cannot do it, I will do it in style, he has said it. He was gossiping about me. Why do you people pamper this dirty guy like that? Today, Ghanaians who are cardiologists calling from Columbia Presbyterian to train these Ghanaian Doctors, New York Univerisity Cardiologists are prepared to train them”.
There are young Doctors who are intelligent but such people are the reasons why they are not given opportunities indicating that he will ensure he goes on pension because the country does not need unpatriotic citizens like him.
