The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection has condemned an actress for sharing a nude image of herself kneeling in front of her son.
The Ministry in a press release classified described the photograph as an act of pornography which infringes upon the Children’s Act, 1998 (Act 560) and the Criminal and Other Offences Act, (Act 30).
The Ministry says it is liaising with the appropriate agencies to deal with the issue.
“The Ministry highly condemns this act which is classified as indecent exposure of the child, an act of pomography, degrading and also against the Children’s Act, 1998 (Act 560) and the Criminal and Other Offences Act, (Act 30),” the Ministry said in a statement signed by the Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection, Madam Cynthia Mamle Morrison.
