
Ghana sprinter Joseph Amoah has admitted hardwork helped Ghana’s relay team in reaching the final of the 4×100 event at the Tokyo Olympics.
Amoah run the final leg of the men’s 4×100 semi-final which saw Ghana qualify to the finals.
The quartet of Sean Safo-Antwi, Benjamin Azamati, Emmanuel Yeboah and Joseph Paul Amoah, finished fifth in the semi-finals.

The team run a time of 38.08s breaking 24-year-old national record in the process.
Amoah in a tweet after the race revealed how hard the team worked for this moment.
“We work super hard for moments like this. Finals gonna be different”
Ghana will be in lane 2 in the final for the men’s 4×100 which comes off on August 6.
