A former member of the Communications team of the National Democratic Congress (NDC)Stephen Atubiga speaking on Anopa Nkomo morning show on Awake TV, opined that the reason behind his resignation is as a result of greed, womanizing and selfishness amongst the leaders of the party which also led to the defeat of the party in the 2020 election.
According to him, the party leaders do not cater for the grassroot members when the party is in power. he added that most of the NDC party leaders looses focus when they are in power and forget about the people that gave them same power.
Also, he cited disloyalty, lack of accountability, probity and lousy leadership among others as his reasons for leaving.
