Actor cum politician, Mr John Dumelo has shared an interesting twist about the ongoing recruitment processes into the security service.
In a tweet sighted sighted by MyNewsGhana.net, on Wednesday, September 1, Mr Dumelo described the purchasing of E-voucher cards to apply for employment into the security service as waste of time.
In his view, the whole application process is simply a formality aimed at deceiving Ghanaians that the recruitment is transparent.
According to him, persons who will be recruited into the service have already been picked and are just awaiting confirmation to begin work.
He made this known after someone appealed to him to help buy the E- voucher cards.
“Someone just called me from the Ashanti region. He wants 100gh to buy police recruitment forms so he can join the service. Should | just tell him it’s a waste of time? And that they already have the names of people they want to recruit? ” he wrote.
He also questioned applicants had to pay 100 cedis before they could apply.
“Why are security service recruitments forms being sold for 10O0gh? 100gh for recruitment form is not fair to the youth”
