Manchester City<\/strong>\u00a0are set to make one final push to sign Tottenham striker\u00a0Harry Kane<\/strong>\u00a0this week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The 28-year-old made his first appearance of the season as a substitute in the 1-0 victory over Wolves on Sunday as speculation over his future continues.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

With just over a week until the transfer window closes, a report in\u00a0the Telegraph\u00a0indicates the Premier League champions are set to go in with one final offer to convince Spurs chairman Daniel Levy to sell the England captain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Kane is thought to favour a move to City before the window closes but he was given a warm reception by the travelling Spurs fans at Molineux.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Daily Mirror previously reported that City are still \u00a350m short of Tottenham\u2019s \u00a3150m valuation, with Levy not interested in any players as a makeweight in a potential deal.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Tottenham boss Nuno Espirito Santo praised Kane for his 18-minute cameo but refused to confirm whether the striker will be involved in the second leg of the Europa Conference League play-off against Pacos de Ferreira.<\/p>\n
