The Director of Operations for the FixingTheCountry movement,Mr Hopeson Adorye has denied media reports that he is cheating on his wife
Speaking on the Seat Show on Net 2 TV on Monday August 23, which was monitored by MyNewsGhana.net, a visibly angry Mr Adorye said the rumor was a ploy aimed at tarnishing his image.
Delving into his marital life, Mr Adorye who is married to Gospel musician Gifty Osei said that he and his wife still live as a very happy couple.
He said that although his wife has been outside the country for the past two months, they always keep in touch hence the rumors of infidelity do not bother him at all.
“My wife knows that I love her very much and she knows that I will not cheat on her. In fact for the past two months that my wife has been in the US, we communicate everyday and she knows that I will not do such a thing”, he added.
Mr Adorye accused a Ghanaian woman based in Germany as being the mastermind behind this rumor.
She said that the woman had created a fake social media account and has made it her mission to spread these lies.
Going forward, he said that he has spoken to relatives of the woman and has expressed his displeasure about the issue.
He has therefore warned the woman whose identity remains undisclosed to stop tarnishing his image or risk being exposed.
“I went to Kumasi to speak to the mother of the woman about the issue. And my wife has told me that she has called her to apologise. She should pull down all those lies about me or else I will expose her” he vowed.
