Johnny Hughes of TV3 has questioned President Nana Akufo-Addo and his government the number of 18 months we have had since the 2016 elections. He made this interrogation on TV3’s Newday today, Tuesday 4th May 2021.
“How many 18 months have we had since your inauguration and nothing has changed. You promised to get the country back on track in just 18 months. We have Ministers who are still blaming the John Dramani Mahama administration for the poor state of the economy. You rated yourself around 78%, yet people are complaining. They want you to fix the economy”.
The Vociferous Personality vehemently criticised those who oppose the “Fix the country” campaign. “How does my attitude affect economic management and corruption fight”
He believes that the attitude of Ghanaians have been the same since the era of Jerry John Rawlings. “How is my attitude going to change the broken roads and the power outages”.
Johnny Hughes said President Nana Akuffo Addo has been preparing himself for the presidency since his (Akufo-Addo) childhood. “You knew Ghana’s problem beforehand. Your party called Professor Mills all sorts of names. Now the ball is in your court, fix the economy and country” he asserted.
