The Asokore Mampong District Court has seen the first court appearance of the housekeeper and his accomplice, who are accused of killing his employer and selling her KIA Sportage car.
After a police intelligence-led operation, the housekeeper Allister John and his accomplice James Anokye were apprehended at their hideouts in Accra.
The duo allegedly murdered and dumped the body of a 35-year-old businesswoman, Princess Afua Ahenkan, in Sokoban-Apaaso, near Kumasi.
A third accomplice, named by the suspect as the bidder for the stolen vehicle, remains at large.
The case was presided over by His Excellency Samuel Buabeng Quansah. The victim has not yet been charged.
