Supporters of the National Democratic Congress have trooped to the office of the Electoral Commission at Ridge in Accra.
This is ahead of the declaration of the winner by the Electoral Commission.
The supporters of the NDC have gathered around the ridge roundabout, in expectation of their candidate, Mr. John Dramani Maham to be declared as the winner.
The police, however, have also been deployed to curb the situations on the ground. The supporters have massed up around the office of the EC in order to protect their votes as have been trumpeted by their party executives.
There have been allegations by the NDC claiming that the NPP in collaboration with EC wants to rig the elections in favour of the New Patriotic Party.
In earlier press briefings, the NDC have stated categorically that they will resist any form of cheating as far as their electoral results are concerned.
