The Ghana Statistical Service says data has been received on 85% of the expected households in the ongoing 2021 Population and Housing Census as of today, Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
The GSS, in a statement, disclosed that enumeration has been carried out from 15 out of the 16 regions above 80% and 10 of those 15 above 90%.
The figure GSS said ranges from 99%in the North East Region to 64% in Greater Accra Region.
These numbers the statement added are based on data transmitted electronically to the GSS headquarters.
