The Supreme Court has resumed sitting with the cross-examination of the third witness for the petitioner, John Mahama.
The third witness, Rojo Mettle Nunoo is to be cross-examined by lead counsel for President Akufo-Addo and the Electoral Commission.
His testimony will be heard remotely via video link.
Meanwhile, five out of the 32 paragraph witness statement of Robert Joseph Mettle-Nunoo was struck out on Friday.
