Lawyer Maurice Ampaw in an interview has indirectly taken swipe at Ghanaian MPs claiming they are immature and lack the basic knowledge and integrity which one needs to qualify as a legislator.

According to Lawyer Ampaw, they act anyway they like because they feel they are backed by law which he claim are not right.

According to the outspoken legal practitioner, the fallout in Parliament that saw some MPs assaulting each other and acting unruly in the house before the new Speaker of Parliament was elected is a clear indication that Ghana’s “Parliament needs deliverance”.

In line with what Lawyer Maurice said on live TV, most of our present lawmakers don’t even know the do’s and don’t of parliament.
