The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress has called on all Ghanaians to rise up to kick against the result announced by the Electoral Commission on Wednesday, December 10, 2020.
According to General Mosquito, the National Democratic Congress will not rest until the mandate is returned to the NDC because the NDC won the elections by all standards.
Speaking at a Press Conference in Accra on Thursday, Mr Nketia expressed great displeasure with regards to how some media houses produced false results and has challenged them to tell the NDC where they got the ‘fake’ figures from.
Speaking further, the NDC accuses the military and the police force for allowing themselves to be manipulated by the ruling government hence, their bias in dealing with the various criminal offences that were being perpetrated at the polling and collation centres.
Mr Asiedu further alleged that the military attacked civilians thereby killing some and injuring others.
In his closing remarks, General Mosquito advised all Ghanaians to rise up and fight for their votes. This he said, will bring back the peace the country needs.
The NDC says they have rejected the presidential results and would stand by their decision.
