The National Democratic Congress’ Member of Parliament for Ningo Prampram, Hon. Sam George, has expressed displeasure about the electoral process in his constituency.
According to the MP, the inability of the verification machine to work efficiently is frustrating hence the needed attention must be given to the situation by the electoral Commission as soon as possible.
According to Hon. Sam Geroge, the situation at the moment is creating tension and this could affect the general results in his stronghold.
He said;
“Strangely, all the machines are not working, extreme challenges with the verification devices, facial recognition is not working, fingerprint is not working.
He added that;
“What is going on is creating unneccesary backlog and that is begining to agitate the crowd.
Unhappy legislator, Hon. Sam George added;
“It is happening across the constituency and that is a strong hold of mine. It is not a funny game and one thing we would insist on is everybody in the queue gets to vote,
The Ningo Prampram Constituency is noted to be a stronghold of the opposition National Democratic Congress. This makes Mr. Sam George hopeful of retaining his seats.
