Ghanaian Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale who is mostly known for being controversial but very business minded has again surprised everybody as he unveils his estates and puts them out for sale on his social media handle for buyers to patronise them.
Taking to his social media handle Shatta wale posted that the house is going for a cool $150k and there would be no agent as he is there personally to talk business with anyone who would want to own one of his houses which is at East Legon Hills.
The “Borjor” hitmaker who always claim that his fellow musicians are not business-minded and lack the ability to make money out of their career has again proved that he is not only good with music but can also be very good at making money out of business as he starts with his estates.
Taking to his Snapchat handle he posted pictures of the houses with the caption that read;
Shatta properties going for $150k …East Legon Hills… Buyers should Dm me personally now… no agent, I am your agent!
