Ghanaian songstress Ethel Esi Eshun popularly known in showbiz as Queen eShun has finally explained the concept behind her song “handcuff”.
According to eShun in an interview, the song is not to encourage divorce among couples but to rather help women in abusive relationships to have the courage to leave their abusive partners.
Queen eShun who has been a victim herself added that there are a lot of women who are abusive relationships but lack the courage to leave it.
She advised ladies to have the courage and strength to walk out of abusive relationships for their psychological and mental health.
