Dozens of fast-rising Ghanaian artistes converged in Osu for the maiden edition of The Wave Concert.

The event was held to highlight the works of the emerging generation of musicians breaking barriers in the art space.

The programme which was organised by Cheesewave, an entertainment blog, saw performances from acts including Kirani Ayat, Marince Omario, Kwame Yesu, A Clipse, Baaba J among others.

Many music enthusiasts gathered on the night to see their favourite musicians give off great performances, and they did not disappoint.

Patrons who had turned up on January 7, could not sit still and they were treated to good music from a mix of established and upcoming artistes.
