The 2020 vice-presidential candidate for the Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP), Mr. Andy Bampoe Sakyi, has passed on.
According to the party, the politician died after a short illness.
He was on admission at the Ridge Hospital and passed on July 4, 2021.
The GCPP has described him as a selfless person, dedicated and a nationalist who had his nation at heart.
